Jim Hammill specializes in raw lands and recreational properties. He is an avid hunter and fishermen and enjoys traveling and pursuing outdoor passions. He retired from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, after 30 years as a wildlife biologist.  He is an avid outdoorsman and hunter and, with his knowledge of the land and ecosystems, he is a natural to focus on wild lands and recreational property.

In addition to real estate services, Jim offers landowners various land, wildlife, water and forest management services through his company, Iron Range Consulting & Services Inc. He is also certified to map lakes as a Cabela’s Trophy Properties lake mapping partner.
